Who are you?
I’m Aya @aya_rufflog, born and raised in Japan.
I started playing golf because of my golf-loving father — I wanted to be able to play with him, so I joined the golf team at university.
Now, I’m completely hooked on the game and work as a shop manager and buyer for RUFFLOG, a Japanese golf select shop.
What’s golf to you?
Golf is an essential part of my life.
Without it, I wouldn’t have found the job I love, or even met my amazing boyfriend!
I play at least once a week, and golf is always part of my travel plans.
Golf connects people and takes me to so many different places — that’s what it means to me.
Favorite item in your bag?
Definitely the Ko Olina Golf Club name tag my dad got me when we played golf together in Hawaii.
It has the ladybug logo from the Ko Olina Resort — and you know, ladybugs are said to bring good luck!
Honestly, just being able to play golf at all already feels like such a blessing.

And I’m super grateful for RUFFLOG, which brings so much color to my daily life.
